Purpose and Goals

8-week program, 2x/week, 1 hour sessions
Max 8 participants to 1 coach
Option of early morning, mid-day and evening classes
Combination of full body strength exercises, high intensity cardio drills, bodyweight work, core development and dynamic movements.

This small group strength boot camp keeps the focus on lifting weights with proper form, increasing your overall fitness and challenging you to push past your limits in a motivating, supportive environment. The small participant to coach ratio allows our coaches to dedicate attention to each client to ensure everyone gets the most out of each session and continues to progress week after week. Expect to burn fat, increase your metabolic rate, increase energy and focus during the day and build a stronger, leaner body. Weaknesses will improve, muscular imbalances will be corrected, and confidence will soar!
