Max 8 participants to 1 coach
Option of early morning, mid-day and evening classes

Mobility training involves movements and exercises that increase the range of motion in your joints allowing your muscles to lengthen while maintaining the strength and integrity of your body. This helps you to move efficiently and freely in your daily life, prevent injuries, increase your performance while strength training or in your sport and have overall improved body awareness.
In this class we use our own body weight, the revolutionary RQC training tower for strength and band work, foam rollers, trigger point balls, cups and massage tools.
